Returns Policy

30-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all included components. Jigs must be unmodified and rails unmounted.

No restocking fee for qualified returns. We don't accept returns on customized or assembled frames—these are considered final sale due to ATF regulations on serialized components.

To start a return: Email support@polymer-80.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping address. Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.
